In the United States, September is Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Month. This was declared in 2014 after the U.S. Senate Resolution 533 was passed.
We are contributing to SCI research by studying the effects of epidural spinal cord stimulation on restoring motor control and autonomic function in people with chronic SCI.
